The Pedregal viewpoint, also known as the Alto da Escrita viewpoint, is located at an altitude of approximately 769 meters, in the mountains at the top of the village of Tabuaço, built on top of a cliff, next to the municipal road 515-1 that gives access to Vale Figueira.

This viewpoint is a mandatory stop. Comprising a dirt square, delimited by natural arboreal elements in native species from where you can enjoy the magnificent landscape over the town of Tabuaço, the North and the tattooed mountain of vineyards that engulfs our gaze, with the Douro river, which if you don’t see it, but guess it, after the slope of Tabuaço.
