The oldest event in the Alentejo dedicated to the promotion of wine and vineyards, but also gastronomy, culture, sport, the rich landscape, the nature and typicality of the territory and typical, handcrafted and genuine products.

It promotes various enogastronomic activities such as: wine tasting during the 9 days in which the festival takes place; tavern circuit, on the first day of the festival, with tastings of wines and local cuisine in various taverns and restaurants in Borba; São Martinho – tasting of Talha wine and offer of roasted chestnuts; conferences on vineyards, wine and enogastronomy; small taverns, snacks, olive oil tasting and sweets.
