The weekend of the 5th fair of the cob is celebrated with bread making in wood ovens, handicraft fair and entertainment.
Event integrated in the celebrations of the municipal holiday, the 5th Espiga fair, which promotes the making of bread mostly baked in wood ovens. This party takes place at Praça Dr. Eugénio Dias, which for 3 days becomes an open-air bakery full of animation and which welcomes the various associations in the municipality that make different types of bread, including bread with stuffing (bread with chorizo, cod, crackling and farinheira) , cornbread, homemade balls, among others.
The Festival of Bread, Handicrafts and Flavors is a moment full of flavor, tradition and animation.
