The João Brandão Municipal Library is a visitable building with history, as the famous João Brandão was judged there. It has several exhibitions throughout the year, from photography to painting. As well as documents and services suitable for all age groups.

Public library equipped with children’s and adult rooms, audiovisual room and small auditorium. Loan service and local consultation. Inaugurated in July 2001. Collections and services include all types of support and appropriate modern technologies as well as traditional backgrounds. The collections reflect all current trends and the evolution of society, as well as the memory of humanity and the product of its imagination. Collections and services are free from any form of ideological, political or religious censorship. All age groups find documents suitable for their age.
