The route starts in the Outeiro village, next to the monumental Minor Basilica of Santo Cristo de Outeiro.

Head towards the E.N. 218, which we cross over a bridge, starting the descent to the river Sabor. The first 2 km are covered in an agricultural area, but as you go down the Vale dos Pereiros, the landscape changes and between brooms, holm oaks and cistus, you begin to see the river Sabor and the medieval bridge of Grijó in the background, which makes the connection between Outeiro and Parada.

The maximum altitude is 758 meters and the minimum is 450 meters. Its type of route is circular, its degree of difficulty is medium and has a length of 13000 meters.
