The trail starts in Rebordainhos and heads to the village of Pereiros, after which you climb towards Fraga Rachada, skirting Cabeço and enjoying the valley that opens up on your left. Vegetation is abundant, occasionally sprinkled with green marshes. The route then goes on to Pombares (a parish added to Rebordainhos since 2013), where the Parish Church stands out under the invocation of S. Frutuoso, and from where you go down to the Azibo River Valley until you find the village of Teixedo.
Despite the houses in ruins, the Chapel of S. Frutuoso is well preserved, and the charm of yesteryear remains throughout this valley… Continuing to follow the river, you quickly return to the vicinity of the village of Pereiros. At this point, the route goes in the opposite direction, going up to Alto das Covas and benefiting from an excellent panoramic view of the route already taken. The return to Rebordainhos takes a forest path.
The maximum altitude is 1027 meters while its minimum altitude is 821, it is a type of circular route with a length of 13500 meters and of medium difficulty.
