Considered one of the best places to practice this modality, the Fradinho escarpments offer lovers of this sport all the conditions that the modality requires, in addition to an exuberant natural beauty.
The famous climb of Fradinho is made up of several sectors and different levels of difficulty, of which the malagueta sector, the tables sector, the road sector and the balconies sector stand out, the latter considered the hardest to climb due to the existence of extra-plumb routes.
When practicing this modality, you must be aware of the surrounding conditions, namely the proximity to the road, while also respecting the environment. Use suitable equipment, previously checking the conditions in which you are, leaving special attention to the use of a helmet.
In this space there are toilets, picnic tables, a bungalow, a waterfall, and even a wooden staircase, consisting of 419 steps that culminate in a viewpoint overlooking the fantastic landscape of the Távora River Valley.
