This route starts in S. Roque and is 11500 meters long. Its maximum altitude is 921 meters and the minimum is 770 meters and its type of route is circular, with an easy degree of difficulty.
This route starts in the square of Capela de S. Roque, where you can see a niche of Alminhas dating from 1927. From there, it follows in the direction of the Tua line, then takes Rua do Outeiro and crosses the main road. to the side of the playing field. From here, the route continues through chestnut trees, as this is one of the main economic activities in the parish. When converging on an asphalt road, turn right, then take a new dirt path. When you cross the railway line again, you quickly reach the chapel of “Boixardão”. We then head towards the village of Freixeda, from where we follow, also along rural roads, back to Salsas.
