Wine tourism promotes the method of production of “Verdes de Eleição”, produced in the sub-Region of Ave, which is part of the Demarcated Region of Vinhos Verdes. This tourist activity invites you to discover the characteristics of the largest Portuguese Demarcated Region, its grape varieties, the production process, the tasting of its wines and, in a harmonizing experience, selected regional products.

Castro was born from the family’s passion to create unique, singular wines, with differentiation in the market. In addition to a wine producing company, it is a space that provides countless experiences.

Constant growth and market demands, driven by his passion for the world of oenology and agriculture, led to the creation of a project for a winery capable of bringing together all the conditions favorable to wine production.

They produce fresh, acidic wines derived from the minerals present, with light and fruity aromas, obtained from the Alvarinho, Loureiro, Arinto, Verdelho, Espadeiro, Padeiro de Basto, Vinhão, Trajadura, Blendy, Chardonnay and Avesso varieties.
